want to join a digital camera to the iPhone then download the photo onto the iPhone. From present I can upload them to a placefor viewing. Is present a between wire/software that will let this? I am going on break and won’t be taking my mac, but I wish for high-quality pics of the trip and would like friends/family to observe a few before I return.

You need to place in the microSD card into the phone. Start up JoikuSpot and place the phone down. On the iPhone or iPod touch, confirm the device is linked to the JoikuSpot WiFi signal. This is critical even if you have an iPhone with a 3G signal of its possess, as it will only work using the JoikuSpot WiFi or alternately any WiFi signal where the phone and the iPhone/touch are on the same network.

Do not, repeat, do not buy this. It is NOT Compatible with Ipad.
After hooking up my desktop to my Ipad using this cable it just kept making a sync sound. Called Apple support, told that the cable I purchased is 1) defective or 2) must be an unauthorized cable and is not compatible with IPAD AND if I continue to use it, it will void my warranty.
So there you have it…Trying to get refund now.

The cord looks just like the one that came with the iPad and is way less expensive. BUT it seems to be just a tiny bit off with the plug in on the iPad. It’s always nice to have a back up, but I will continue to use the original cord when ever possible.
